Biocover is a design of a new greenery network within a city. In the times of concrete buildings or streets, greenery is very desired. People demands walkable spaces and social areas. Thus I developed an idea to replace some streets with parks. The greenery imitates nature.
By analyzing cars movement within a city, we can declare which streets could be removed or reduced. In the city of Warsaw we can find plenty of such. I divided them into 5 categories, from streets with the lowest traffic data to streets with the highest traffic data.

The Soundscape project at Architectural Association Visiting School in Bilbao 2014.
The project is about creating an interactive mobile application for music map of Bilbao. A person, does not have to look at the map, simply can follow music, noise or spoken words to experience the city.
The user experience is simple:
- One connects to wifi in the city and follows variety of noises.
- Once loses wifi connection, the track of a route is gone. There are several routes in the city.
- Music is dictated by sounds of the city, recorded and translated to vivid when noisy, calm when quiet. It’s up to a person whether can follow vivid or quiet route.
- Once approaches an important object, such as a historical building, the voice speaks about it.
The sound map is perfect for blind people, letting them to experience the city of Bilbao.
The app was done in Processing (Java) and is not available online.
